Your Work Profile

• Provide advisory and consulting services to clients in the power and energy sector, including utilities, renewable energy developers, transmission and distribution companies, and government agencies.
• Analyze and interpret regulatory frameworks, tariff regulations, policy directives, and market reforms impacting the power sector.
• Develop and review financial models for power generation, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy projects.
• Conduct project feasibility studies, business case assessments, cost-benefit analyses, and investment evaluations.
• Perform energy audits and energy efficiency assessments, identifying opportunities for operational optimization and cost reduction.

• Support regulatory filings, tariff petitions, power purchase agreements (PPAs), and stakeholder consultations.
• Evaluate commercial and contractual arrangements, including bidding processes, procurement strategies, and risk allocation mechanisms.

Key Skills

• 5–12 years of experience in the power and energy sector, consulting, utilities, regulatory commissions, or energy advisory organizations.
• Strong understanding of electricity markets, regulatory mechanisms, tariff structures, and power sector reforms.
• Experience in financial modeling, project finance, valuation, and economic analysis.
• Knowledge of energy auditing methodologies, energy efficiency frameworks, and sustainability initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related discipline), Economics, Finance, or a related field.
