Your work profile
- Role Summary
- The Manager – Banking Enterprise Architecture plays a critical leadership role in delivering architecture oversight and solution design across large, multi‑year banking transformation programs. The role is responsible for shaping architecture roadmaps, leading governance forums, managing cross‑functional architecture teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
- This position requires strong banking domain expertise, hands-on architecture skills, and the ability to manage diverse workstreams while engaging with senior client stakeholders. The Manager is also expected to contribute to practice development, reusable assets, and business development initiatives.
- Delivery Manager, responsible for customer relationship management, end to end programs delivery and projects management. Delivers through managing through other consultants and hands on.

- Define solution and enterprise architecture roadmaps across core banking, digital channels, lending, payments, and integration landscapes.
- Drive modernization initiatives including cloud adoption, API-led architecture, microservices, and legacy transformation.
- Ensure alignment of solution designs with enterprise principles, regulatory demands, and long-term business goals.

2. Architecture Governance & Quality Assurance
- Lead architecture governance forums, design reviews, and architecture sign-off processes across programs.
- Review solution proposals, integration designs, data flows, and technical decisions submitted by internal teams and vendors.
- Identify risks, gaps, and design deviations early and provide actionable recommendations to ensure architectural integrity.
- Ensure solutions meet standards for scalability, performance, security, and interoperability.
3. Team Leadership & Delivery Management
- Manage architecture teams working across multiple functional and technology tracks.
- Provide guidance to solution architects, senior consultants, and analysts, ensuring consistency and quality of deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering, testing, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and architectural discipline.
4. Client Engagement & Advisory
- Engage senior banking stakeholders—including business heads, CTO/CIO teams, and enterprise architects—to lead architecture discussions and solution workshops.
- Conduct architecture assessments, landscape reviews, and provide strategic advisory during transformation planning phases.
- Translate business objectives into actionable architectural roadmaps and solution approaches.
5. Practice Development & Business Growth
- Contribute to proposal development, solutioning, and RFP responses within the Banking & Capital Markets practice.
- Develop reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators to strengthen the enterprise architecture practice.
- Support capability building through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and training initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in banking enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
- Proven leadership experience in core banking modernization, digital transformation, payments modernization, or large-scale tech transformation programs.
Technical Skills
- Deep understanding of core banking systems (deposits, lending, payments, channels).
- Strong exposure to modern architecture practices—APIs/microservices, integration patterns, cloud-native design, and data architecture.
- Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or BIAN (preferred but not mandatory).
Leadership & Professional Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to engage senior leaders.
- Strong delivery management skills with experience handling multi-vendor, multi-stream programs.
- Analytical mindset, structured thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
