Job Title: Teamcenter Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end Teamcenter PLM implementation, migration, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Teamcenter modules, excellent project management skills, and proven experience in handling cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. You will serve as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Project Management

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle Teamcenter PLM implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, status reporting, and escalation handling.

📌 Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive requirement gathering workshops and solution presentations.
  • Ensure user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management.

📌 Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams (functional, technical, testing, and support).
  • Monitor task assignments, resource utilization, and team performance.

📌 PLM Expertise

  • Understand and guide implementation of modules like:
  • BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Classification, MPP, Schedule Manager, Teamcenter Quality, etc.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for:
  • Customization, configuration, BMIDE updates, CAD integrations, and data migrations.

📌 Integration Oversight

  • Manage Teamcenter integrations with ERP (SAP), MES (Opcenter), CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo), and other enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in PLM with 3+ years in Teamcenter project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Teamcenter UA (Unified Architecture) and its core modules.
  • Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification (preferred).
  • Experience in domains like aerospace, automotive, industrial machinery, or life sciences is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in managing multi-vendor environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exposure to Teamcenter PLM SaaS, Active Workspace, and Cloud deployments.
