Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end Teamcenter PLM implementation, migration, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Teamcenter modules, excellent project management skills, and proven experience in handling cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. You will serve as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
📌 Project Management
- Lead and manage full lifecycle Teamcenter PLM implementation and upgrade projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct regular project reviews, status reporting, and escalation handling.
📌 Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Drive requirement gathering workshops and solution presentations.
- Ensure user adoption through effective communication, training, and change management.
📌 Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams (functional, technical, testing, and support).
- Monitor task assignments, resource utilization, and team performance.
📌 PLM Expertise
- Understand and guide implementation of modules like:
- BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Classification, MPP, Schedule Manager, Teamcenter Quality, etc.
- Coordinate with technical teams for:
- Customization, configuration, BMIDE updates, CAD integrations, and data migrations.
📌 Integration Oversight
- Manage Teamcenter integrations with ERP (SAP), MES (Opcenter), CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo), and other enterprise systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in PLM with 3+ years in Teamcenter project management.
- Strong knowledge of Teamcenter UA (Unified Architecture) and its core modules.
- Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification (preferred).
- Experience in domains like aerospace, automotive, industrial machinery, or life sciences is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in managing multi-vendor environments.
- Knowledge of Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall methodologies.
- Exposure to Teamcenter PLM SaaS, Active Workspace, and Cloud deployments.
