Your work profile
We are seeking a highly experienced ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) professional with deep expertise in Codebeamer to lead enterprise-scale ALM and PLM initiatives. This role will drive strategic governance, digital thread architecture, regulatory compliance, and ALM practice leadership across complex engineering ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with leadership, consulting, and pre-sales capabilities.

Key skills required
- 10years experience with Graduation and Lead the design and execution of enterprise ALM governance strategies aligned with business and engineering objectives.
- Orchestrate multi-platform ALM/PLM environments including Codebeamer, Teamcenter, Polarion, JAMA Connect, and IBM ELM.
- Define best practices, standards, and operating models for scalable ALM implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to engineering, quality, and product leadership teams.
