Your work profile 

Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Teamcenter projects aligned with business objectives and timelines. 

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective coordination between technical, functional, and business stakeholders. 

• Define project scope, prepare project plans, WBS, schedules, and ensure adherence to budget and timelines. 

• Drive requirement gathering, solution design discussions, and ensure alignment with business needs. 

• Oversee configurations in BMIDE, workflows, and integrations with CAD systems like NX, CATIA, and enterprise systems like SAP. 

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans and provide timely status updates to stakeholders. 

• Ensure quality delivery by overseeing testing phases (SIT, UAT) and validating deliverables. 

• Manage deployments, upgrades, and post-go-live support, ensuring smooth transition to production. 

• Monitor team performance, utilization, and provide guidance, mentoring, and training where required. 

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and successful project outcomes. 

Key skills required 

Strong experience in managing Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, and migration projects across multiple environments. 

• Hands-on knowledge of PLM processes, including requirement gathering, solution design, and coordination with technical teams working on BMIDE, workflows, and data models. 

• Experience in managing integrations between Teamcenter and CAD tools like NX, CATIA, and enterprise systems like SAP. 

• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and ensuring smooth deployment across DEV, QA, and PROD environments. 

• Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills with the ability to drive UAT, handle escalations, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with business requirements.
