Job Title:  Manager | Data Analyst | Bengaluru | Sustainability & Emerging Assurance

You Will

• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Design and build customer-centric data models to enable a unified 360° customer view across multiple data sources
• Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and integration strategies for large and complex datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, sales teams, and engineering consultants (onshore & offshore)
• Develop technical specifications and solution designs aligned with business needs
• Automate data workflows using scripting and modern data engineering practices
• Contribute to innovation by proposing new ideas and improvements to enhance customer outcomes

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, and convert them into functional and technical design documents
• Lead client discussions, workshops, and project calls to drive successful delivery
• Design robust data schemas and data models (relational, dimensional, columnar, big data)
• Build and manage ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing using industry-standard tools
• Enable dynamic, customer-level analytics through well-structured datasets
• Create and manage Customer ID mapping processes to unify data across multiple touchpoints (CRM, marketing, POS, etc.)
• Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices in data warehousing
• Work on reporting and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau to support business insights
• Track, forecast, and manage project efforts and timelines effectively

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data transformation, ETL, and large-scale data processing
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data modeling (relational, dimensional, big data environments)
• Strong expertise in SQL/NoSQL and advanced data warehousing concepts
• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Unifi, or similar
• Exposure to reporting and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Solid understanding of business requirements gathering, process design, and use case documentation
• Experience in software development and scripting (Python, Java, or Bash) is a plus
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Redshift, Snowflake, Hive, etc.)
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Digital Analytics, or Digital Marketing is an added advantage
• Experience in a customer-facing or consulting role is preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
