Your work profile

HPC Engineer (L2–L3) – Automotive Organization ( TL role)

• HPC Infrastructure Operations (Run) for on-prem solution
• Manage and support HPC clusters (on-prem / hybrid cloud – should be able to migrate to an hybrid environment)
• Monitor and maintain of Compute nodes at CPU & GPU.
• Provide benchmarking, automation
• High-speed interconnects (InfiniBand)
• Parallel file systems (Lustre, GPFS/IBM Spectrum Scale)
• Perform incident troubleshooting (L2) and root cause analysis (L3)
• Ensure high availability and uptime (24x7 support model)
• Expertise in Administer and optimize schedulers, primarily on SLURM and other.

 Key skills required: 

• Troubleshooting of Job failures, queue congestion & resource starvation.
• Optimize job placement, GPU utilization, and compute efficiency.
• Support engineering teams in job script tuning
• Optimizing CPU/GPU utilization, MPI performance & I/O throughput
• L2 & L3 support to simulation team, apps team
• Support Infrastructure as Code where applicable
• Experience in Storage & Data Management especially with Lustre / NFS / GPFS
• Educational Qualification: Any Bachelors
