Your work profile

 

In our Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 Design, build, and operate GenAI solutions on Azure, including document parsing, RAG, GenAI agents, MCP tools, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps) with Git Flow across dev, test, stage, and prod, including environment gating and approvals.

• Develop secure web and container applications on Azure (Azure Container App) and autoscaling.

• Manage secrets, certificates, and configuration via Azure Key Vault, handle file and blob storage for data ingestion and application assets.

• Enforce PIM (Privileged Identity Management), managed identities, RBAC, and least‑privilege access for services and human operators.

• Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (OIDC/OAuth2), app roles/groups, and role‑based policies for container apps and APIs.

• Build backend APIs using FastAPI and/or Django; ensure versioning, rate‑limiting, observability, and robust error handling.

• Create Streamlit frontends for internal tools and demos; design for usability, performance, and secure integration with Entra ID.

• Python development with latest versions, apply modern packaging and dependency management (poetry, uv, pipenv), type checking, and linting.

• Containerize services with Docker (multi‑stage builds, slim images, vulnerability scanning) and publish to Azure Container Registry.

• Implement document parsing pipelines using Azure Document Intelligence and Python libraries (pypdf, pdfminer, python‑docx, openpyxl, etc.) covering PDF, DOCX, XLSX, and other office formats.

• Build RAG applications with Azure AI Search: effective chunking strategies (recursive, semantic), embeddings, hybrid/vector retrieval, semantic ranking, and caching.

• Demonstrate experience with legacy RAG stacks (FAISS/Pinecone or custom vector DBs) and explain trade‑offs vs Azure AI Search.

• Evaluate RAG quality using offline and online metrics (precision/recall, answer correctness, context relevance), tools such as RAGAS/DeepEval/LangSmith; reduce hallucinations with prompt strategies, grounding, and guardrails.

• Use LangChain and LangGraph (and Azure‑adapted packages) to orchestrate chains/agents, tools, and streaming; apply observability and prompt/version management.

• Apply MCP (Model Context Protocol) and agentic frameworks to build tool‑using agents with safe execution and audit trails.

• Persist application and metadata in MongoDB or SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Azure SQL); design schemas, indexing, transactions, and performance tuning.

• Instrument applications with logging, metrics, tracing (Azure Monitor, App Insights), cost monitoring, and SLOs; handle incident response and post‑mortems.

 

Required qualifications:

 

• 3-5 Years of Proven track record of delivering production GenAI systems on Azure.

• Strong Python and API development experience with FastAPI/Django.

• Expert in Git and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps), Git Flow, environment promotion, and release management.

• Hands‑on with Azure Container Apps, Docker, ACR, autoscaling, and secure ingress.

• Deep knowledge of Azure Key Vault, Azure Storage (Blob/File), managed identity, RBAC, and PIM.

• Practical experience integrating Entra ID for authN/authZ, including app registrations, scopes, roles, and MSAL/oidc client flows.

• RAG expertise: Azure AI Search, embedding models, chunking, hybrid retrieval, semantic ranking; plus, experience with FAISS/Pinecone or similar.

• Document parsing with Azure Document Intelligence and Python libraries for PDFs, DOCX, XLSX and normalization of extracted data.

• LangChain/LangGraph proficiency with Azure integrations; familiarity with LangSmith or equivalent observability.

• Experience with MCP and agentic frameworks; safe tool invocation and governance.

• Database experience with MongoDB or SQL based DBs, including schema design and performance tuning.

• Strong DevSecOps mindset: secrets rotation, image hardening, vulnerability management, compliance, and cost control.

Nice to have:

 

• Infrastructure as Code (Bicep/Terraform/Helm), feature flags.

• Streaming UIs, real‑time updates, and WebSocket integrations.

• Advanced evaluation pipelines, A/B testing, and feedback loops to improve prompts and retrieval.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, content filtering, and guardrail frameworks.

• Experience with enterprise DLP/PII policies and audit requirements.

 

Communication:

 

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Leadership:

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, manage projects, and deliver results.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Location and way of working.

  • Base location: Bangalore
  • This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
