Your Work Profile

As a Member of our T&T Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts to deliver high-impact analytics solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms.

• Own end-to-end delivery of data science projects—from problem definition to deployment and sustenance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

• Ensure code quality, reproducibility, and scalability of solutions using best practices in software engineering.

• Drive research and experimentation to explore new methodologies and technologies.

• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients in a clear, compelling manner.

• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in data science, statistics, AI with team handling and client exposure.

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Generative AI professional with expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistics.

• Strong background in Generative AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and conversational chatbot development.

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS.

• Basic understanding of application deployment using frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI.

Responsibilities in the Role

• Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models.

• Utilize expertise in Generative AI, Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistics to develop cutting-edge solutions.

• Develop conversational chatbots and language models using NLP techniques and LLMs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced AI models and algorithms.

• Provide technical expertise and thought leadership in Generative AI and NLP to guide clients in adopting AI-driven solutions.

• Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and modeling to extract insights and drive decision-making.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Demonstrate strong understanding of cloud platforms (especially GCP) for AI deployments.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge and experience in Deep Learning including:

  • CNN

  • GAN

  • Transformers

  • Encoder–Decoder architectures

• Experience with image generation and classification use cases.

• Familiarity with Large Language Models and their applications.

• Solid programming skills in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

• Experience developing web applications using Flask, Django, FastAPI.

• Proven track record of delivering successful AI projects and business impact.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive learning mindset.
