The team

Finance Transformation is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Finance Strategy, Transformation-led Operate, GBS advisory, EPM solutions, Treasury and Project/Program Management. We are looking to expand the team to include like-minded professionals with pre-sales and solutioning expertise on large global Operate deals.

Your work profile

•  Drive large scale transformations, complex and cross functional engagements
• Advice clients on the creation of strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and strengthen stakeholder management.
• Lead the solution design and implementation ensuring high quality adhering to the timelines and defined budget.
• Managing project financials, WIP, Debtors, Billing as per defined standards.
• Advice clients on the creation of strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and strengthen stakeholder management.
• Lead the solution design and implementation ensuring high quality adhering to the timelines and defined budget
• Ensure project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met in accordance with client expectations.
• Managing project financials, WIP, Debtors, Billing as per defined standards.

• Experience: 5 to 14+ years of experience in Finance and Transformation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical role.
• Education: CA / MBA and bachelor’s degree, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
