Your work profile

 

As a  Manager in our team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

 

 

We are looking for experienced Data Analysts / Business Analysts with strong domain expertise in Credit Risk and practical exposure to Basel III / CRR implementation projects, particularly those involving data and system migrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the data transition to updated datawarehouses, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and minimizing discrepancies in critical risk metrics. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements for Banking products such as Corporate Loans, Mortgage Loans, PL, Credit Cards, Overdrafts etc.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant project artifacts.
  • Actively support data migration and system migration projects tied to Basel III Credit Risk regulatory implementations.
  • Collaborate with product managers, Risk & Policy team, Reporting and Regulatory Interpreation team and technology teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
  • Translate regulatory and business requirements into data specifications and ensure proper implementation in the target data warehouse
  • Support UAT and post-migration validation efforts with a focus on regulatory accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Create and execute test cases; coordinate with user teams for SIT/UAT sign offs.

 

 

 

Skills & Experience Required: 

  • Strong domain knowledge in Credit Risk and familiarity with Basel III / CRR regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in data migration projects, particularly involving system transitions for regulatory reporting.
  • Experience working with data warehouses, including legacy and modern platforms.
  • Proven expertise in investigating and resolving data mismatches across environments.
  • Good understanding of regulatory-critical data such as EAD, RWA, PD, LGD, etc., and their calculation or derivation logic.
  • Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools for deep-dive investigations.
  • Ability to articulate data discrepancies and remediation plans clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

•            Master’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
