Cost, FTE and Headcount Reporting: Group level Cost reporting, variance analysis, FTE/Headcount reporting and performing Cost to Business allocations.

· Budgeting and Planning: Coordinating the annual budgeting process across departments, consolidating inputs, and developing comprehensive financial plans that align with the company's strategic goals.

· Forecasting: Creating financial forecasts for revenue and cost by analyzing historical data and current trends to project future financial performance. This often involves dynamic and rolling forecasts that are updated regularly.

· Performance Reporting and Variance Analysis: Producing regular (monthly, quarterly) management reports that track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and compare actual results against budgets and forecasts. This includes investigating and explaining discrepancies in revenue and cost (variance analysis).
