Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategic Cost Management Finance Change Delivery team. This role will play a critical part in the group-wide deployment of SCM initiatives, and currently primarily relating to the deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP, enabling improved cost transparency, financial control and strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, IT, Change Delivery to translate business requirements into solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Partner with Finance leadership to implement SCM transformation initiatives.

·      Analyze current processes and translate into target solution.

·      Validate and document business requirements.

·      Ensure that solution deployment is in line with Global Template and that deviations are properly tracked and reviewed through expected governance.

·      Engage with IT and Business users for requirements ratification, testing, change management and heightened support.

·      Ensure that the solution is understood and adopted by the users.

·      Support data migration activities and coordinate migration activities with technology and business counterparts.

·      Serve as trusted advisor to Finance and Business stakeholders, providing suggestions for solution enhancement, improved system usage and opportunities to improve processes.

 

Skills & Experience

·      Proven experience as Business Analyst on large-scale Finance transformation programmes.

·      Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Financials modules.

·      Deep understanding of finance processes and reporting requirements.

·      Strong analytical, problem-solving and solution-design skills.

·      Robust stakeholder management and communication skills, including ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

·      Desirable skills:

o  Experience in Oracle Fusion EPM (Planning, Budgeting, Allocations, Reconciliation).

o  Background in strategic cost management or management accounting.
