Your work profile

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered application across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations.

Must Have Skills

• Strong experience in Python and FastAPI.

• Hands-on experience with React.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Alembic database migrations.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and WebSocket based real-time communication.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or similar.
• Experience integrating LLMs and AI services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI application development.
• Experience building AI-powered image, video, or text generation applications.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, tool calling, and AI agents.
• Experience writing unit tests and integration tests.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Git workflows, pull requests, branching strategies, and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge on best coding principles and maintaining scalable codes
• Understanding of authentication and authorization flows (OAuth, JWT, SSO).
• Experience in optimizing frontend performance, rendering, and loading times.
• Understanding of AI evaluation (Evals), response quality assessment, and model monitoring.
• Experience with RAG architecture.
• Experience with performance testing and load testing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and deployment automation.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Monitoring tools.
• Experience building AI chatbots and conversational applications.
• Experience with streaming responses from LLMs.
• Familiarity with LangChain or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience building AI agents, multi-step workflows, and function/tool calling systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum sprint-based development environments.
• Ability to perform requirement analysis, solution design, and effort estimation.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and production support.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate new AI models and technologies.
