Job Title:  Manager | Fusion Sales | Bengaluru | Oracle

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Order Management Consultant with 5-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management and have participated in multiple Implementation, Support, and Upgrade projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience across the complete project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, CRP, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in Oracle Fusion Order Management implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.
  • Conduct business process workshops and gather functional requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer requirements and design Oracle Fusion Order Management solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Order Management and related SCM modules as per business requirements.
  • Prepare and conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and solution demonstrations.
  • Develop functional design documents, business process flows, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
  • Support end-to-end testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production validation.
  • Facilitate data conversion, integrations, reporting requirements, and cutover activities.
  • Lead customer training sessions and support organizational change management activities.
  • Drive deployment activities and successfully transition customers through Go-Live and Hypercare support phases.
  • Provide production support, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancement recommendations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, architects, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout project execution.
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud product enhancements and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in Oracle Applications with significant experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management.
  • Proven experience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud support and upgrade engagements.
  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
  • Knowledge of associated Oracle SCM modules such as:
  • Inventory Management
  • Pricing
  • Global Order Promising (GOP)
  • Shipping
  • Procurement (preferred)
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced consulting environment.

Certifications

  • Oracle Cloud Certification is mandatory, preferably in:
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management
  • Oracle SCM Cloud
  • Other relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud modules

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Oracle Redwood user experience enhancements.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SCM integrations.
  • Experience working in global implementation programs and multi-country rollouts.

Added Advantage

  • Experience identifying, designing, or implementing Oracle AI and Generative AI use cases within Oracle Cloud applications.
