Your work profile

 

Key Responsibilities

1. GCP Infrastructure Management

- Serve as the GCP Infrastructure Lead across architecture, deployment, operations, and optimization.

- Implement and govern GCP Landing Zones, IAM, VPC design, project hierarchy, and org-level policies.

- Lead teams in building scalable platforms using Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL.

- Drive IaC adoption using Terraform, Deployment Manager, automation pipelines.

- Oversee DR, capacity planning, incident and problem management.

- Strengthen cloud security using SCC, VPC SC, Cloud Armor, KMS.

 

2. DevOps, CI/CD & SRE

- Lead CI/CD engineering using Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Tekton.

- Design secure and scalable solutions using GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions.

- Own Landing Zone governance, IAM, network segmentation, service accounts.

- Drive SRE practices: SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, incident response, resilience engineering.

- Implement observability using Cloud Monitoring, Logging, Trace, Error Reporting.

- Lead cost optimization (FinOps) and resource governance.

 

 

Key skills required: 

- 6+ years of IT/cloud/infrastructure experience, with 3–5 years in GCP.

- Strong hands-on experience with Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, VPC, IAM, Cloud SQL, BigQuery.

- Expertise in Terraform, GCP CLI, Python/Go/Bash, CI/CD automation.

- Strong networking knowledge: VPC, Interconnect, PSC, firewall architecture.

- Experience with Kubernetes operations, service mesh, autoscaling.

- Experience with FinOps and cost governance.

- GCP certifications preferred.

- GCP experience.

- SI background.

- Exposure to Anthos, hybrid workloads.
