Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine-tune GenAI models for text, code, images, audio, or multimodal applications.
- Work hands-on with LLMs and foundation models for specific enterprise use cases.
- Lead the development of GenAI-powered applications, agents, and copilots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, engineering, domain experts) to identify and solve high-value use cases.
- Guide R&D on GenAI trends, model benchmarking, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.
- Own delivery from PoC to production-grade implementation, including performance, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Mentor teams and contribute to building a GenAI Center of Excellence (CoE).
Required Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Python programming for AI/ML applications.
- Working with large language models and NLP pipelines.
- NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI agents.
- Experience with both open-source and enterprise-grade LLMs.
- Proficiency in software development, debugging, and testing.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
Optional/Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or SAP).
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML solutions and MLOps workflows
