Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Manager Talent Acquisition & HR Operations to lead the end-to-end recruitment and HR service delivery function within our Shared Services model. The role is accountable for managing a high-performing team, driving workforce planning, ensuring smooth HR operations, and aligning talent strategies with business goals. This leader will also be responsible for Talent Management Initiatives, Vendor Governance, and Operational Excellence across the HR Shared Services landscape.

Key Responsibilities

·        Talent Acquisition Leadership

o  Lead and manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process across multiple business units, geographies, and functions.

o  Oversee high-volume and niche hiring through efficient utilization of ATS, sourcing channels, and vendor partnerships.

o  Define and monitor recruitment SLAs/KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire).

o  Build strong partnerships with HRBPs and Business Leaders to ensure proactive staffing strategies.

o  Drive employer branding and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

·        Workforce Management

o  Lead and manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process across multiple business units, geographies, and functions.

·        Talent Management & Development

o   Drive internal mobility and talent redeployment programs across shared services functions.

o   Implement programs for high-potential identification, retention, and career development.

o   Collaborate with Learning & Development to ensure employee upskilling for future skills.

o   Contribute to succession planning initiatives and ensure readiness of critical roles.

·        HR Operations & Service Delivery

o   Manage HR Shared Services activities across employee lifecycle management (onboarding, employee data management, payroll coordination, exit management).

o   Establish and monitor SLAs for HR services (BGV, onboarding, query resolution, exit clearance, etc.).

o   Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.

o   Leverage automation, AI tools, and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·        Minimum 12 -15 years of experience in payroll processing.

·        Team Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team of consultants and support staff.

·        Proven ability to manage talent acquisition in a shared services or GCC/GBS model.

·        Strong understanding of HR operations, workforce planning, and talent management frameworks.

·        Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

·        Data-driven decision making with ability to interpret and present insights.

·        Strong project management skills with exposure to transition, change management, and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

·        Demonstrated ability to manage high-performing teams in a matrix environment.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment
  • Exposure to “Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)” processes
  • End User knowledge of using DarwinBox HRMS
