Consultant Software Engineer with 10+ yrs of experience

Should have 10+ years of experience as Big Data Functional Analyst with expertise in HQL, knowledge in Big data ecosystem and worked in data integration projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and a solid understanding of data management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong client engagement through direct interactions, requirement gathering workshops, and regular status updates, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
• Understand the architecture, prepare the data mapping configuration for integration workflows
• Responsible for end-to-end testing of data collected from upstream applications
• Lead development and optimization to ensure high-performance data extraction and processing
• Identify and recommend process improvements and innovative approaches that enhance data operations and business outcomes.
• Work closely with other functional and technical streams to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive solution.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution of complex data-related issues, mentoring junior team members in best practices.
• Drive Agile methodology adoption within teams, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to enhance project delivery.
• Should have completed at least 2 implementation projects on the above-mentioned mandatory skills and should be an independent contributor.
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Provide functional expertise to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
