Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – HighRadius AMS (Application Management Services) to lead the support, governance, and optimization of HighRadius solutions across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process deployed at our clients. This role will oversee a small team ensuring high-quality service delivery, and partner with business stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in finance operations.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of HighRadius modules, ERP integration, and O2C processes, combined with proven leadership skills and experience in managing AMS or support engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Application Support & Incident Management
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for HighRadius AMS support.
  • Support team to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents in a timely manner.
  • Perform root-cause analysis of complex issues and ensure permanent fixes are implemented.
  • Coordinate with HighRadius product support when escalations are required.
  1. Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead and mentor a team of HighRadius AMS senior consultants / consultants / analysts.
  • Define priorities, allocate work, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Drive knowledge sharing, training, and professional development within the team.
  1. Service Delivery & Governance
  • Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes for HighRadius applications.
  • Monitor service performance, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
  • Establish governance frameworks for application stability and continuous improvement.
  • Report regularly on AMS performance metrics to senior leadership.
  1. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and HighRadius vendor support.
  • Manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution of high-impact issues.
  • Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to align system performance with business objectives.
  1. Enhancements & Configuration Management
  • Ensure alignment of AMS strategy with broader IT and Finance transformation goals.
  • Manage system configurations, enhancements, and minor development requests.
  • Oversee periodic upgrades, patches, and release management activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new features.
  • Document configuration changes and maintain version control.

 

  1. Integration & Process Optimization
  • Ensure seamless integration of HighRadius with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Work with Finance/IT teams to streamline Invoice-to-Cash processes.
  • Identify automation opportunities and recommend best practices for process efficiency.
  • Conduct performance tuning to optimize application speed and accuracy.
  1. Governance, Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and financial controls.
  • Track and report on AMS service metrics (incidents, SLAs, enhancements delivered).
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and changes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in system governance and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

·      Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • 8+ years of overall IT/Finance technology experience, with at least 4+ years in HighRadius or maintenance roles / projects
  • Strong knowledge of HighRadius modules (Cash Application, Collections, Credit, Deductions).
  • Experience managing large scale HighRadius implementation projects along with integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Significant exposure to automation, AI/RPA, or analytics within HighRadius.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, managing vendors, and handling escalations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
