Job Title:  Manager | ITSM | Bengaluru | Technology Strategy & Transformation

·      Define and document best practices and strategies regarding cloud deployment and infrastructure maintenance.

·      Experience in Project management including reporting, co-ordination between teams, client communication, stakeholder management and daily tracking.

·      Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA etc

• Performing infrastructure design, strategy, and services and participating in the implementation of computer system, network, storage, and security infrastructure
• Researching and analyzing new technologies, materials, construction methods, and environmental impact
• Providing technical analysis, integration expertise, and critical data analysis related to system architecture in alignment with overall data center strategy
• Maintaining a functional relationship with multi-disciplinary teams to support overall resource efficiency.
• Leading and supporting data center virtualization, service delivery, automation, and implementation.

·      Experience in Cloud BAU operations and implement plans to reduce incidents and control costs.

·      ITIL foundation or above certification will be a plus.

·      Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
