The team

The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience.

Your work profile

• Design and implement network infrastructure to support scalable, secure, and high‑performance business operations.
• Monitor and maintain network security controls, ensuring continuous protection of systems and data.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into effective network solutions.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, vendors, and global teams to ensure seamless project delivery and issue resolution.
• Plan, execute, and document infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards and organizational objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex, escalated network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and service continuity.

Key skills required: 

• CCNA/ CCNP certification with 6 - 10 years of proven experience in network design and build.
• Strong Hands-on experience in Routing, Switching and Wireless Technology.
• Expertise on Data center infrastructure, SD WAN and Network Security Technology.
• Expertise in Problem Solving skills to Troubleshoot and handle network complex architecture.
• Experience in Project Management with a focus planning, coordinating and executing network design and projects, Documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with Cross-Function teams and stakeholders.
• Working with Business team to understand the requirement and design a solution for them.
