About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Manager – Java with Angular to lead a development team responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Java and Angular, combined with leadership experience to guide engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end design and development of large-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Drive architectural decisions, code reviews, and best practices across the team.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

Team & Project Management

• Manage a team of software engineers, mentor junior members, and oversee performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business Stakeholders.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage delivery timelines and sprint goals.

Solution Delivery

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear architecture and design.
• Oversee integration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices
• Angular 8+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• REST APIs, JSON, XML
• Exposure to:
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)
• RDBMS / NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of system architecture, performance tuning, and security best practices.

Leadership & Management Skills

• Proven experience managing 8–15 engineers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams.
• Ability to mentor developers and conduct technical grooming sessions.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Good to Have

• Experience with Cloud-native applications.
• Exposure to DevOps practices.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles.
