SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Consultant

Experience: 7–9 Years

Location: PAN India (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite options depending on employer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and support projects in SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, SLP).
• Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
• Configure and customize Ariba modules to meet client-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
• Monitor and optimize procurement processes using analytics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba On-Demand modules.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Procurement (MM, SRM, BP, Vendor Evaluation).
• Proven experience in Ariba-S/4HANA integration (supplier data, contracts, performance KPIs).
• Experience with Guided Buying, catalog management, and supplier collaboration tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration and functional issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP Ariba and/or S/4HANA certification.
• Experience in Agile project delivery.
• Exposure to global procurement processes and compliance standards.
