Role Summary

The Java Full Stack Manager will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using modern Java, cloud, and front-end technologies. This role includes architectural decision-making, hands-on technical leadership, people management, and collaboration with global clients and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead solution design for large-scale Java-based applications.
  • Define application architecture, integration patterns, and cloud-native components.
  • Review technical designs, ensure best practices, and drive innovation.

🔹 Full Stack Development Leadership

  • Provide hands-on leadership in:
  • Java / J2EE / Spring / Spring Boot
  • Microservices architecture
  • RESTful APIs
  • Front-end frameworks (Angular / React / Vue)
  • Oversee development of reusable components, code quality, and performance optimization.

🔹 Cloud & DevOps

  • Architect and guide deployments on AWS / Azure / GCP.
  • Work with cloud-native services (containers, serverless, managed databases).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Manage containerization with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.

🔹 Team Leadership & Delivery Management

  • Lead and mentor full stack developers, tech leads, and architects.
  • Oversee project delivery, sprint planning, and execution in Agile environments.
  • Conduct design/code reviews and ensure development standards across the team.
  • Support staffing, competency building, and performance management.

🔹 Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Run requirement workshops, solution walkthroughs, and technical discussions.
  • Support pre-sales activities including RFPs, estimations, and solution proposals.

🔹 Quality, Security & Compliance

  • Ensure application security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, encryption).
  • Set performance benchmarks and guide optimization strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Deloitte coding, testing, and documentation standards.
