Job Title:  Manager | Java Springboot Backend | Bengaluru | Engineering | Platform Development & Integration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement Microservices-based architectures for scalable and resilient systems.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Drive architecture, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Mentor and guide developers on coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in CI/CD implementation and cloud-native application development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
• Strong expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
• Experience with REST APIs, Spring Cloud, API Gateway, Service Discovery, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of system design, performance tuning, and application security.
• Prior experience leading development teams and delivering complex projects.
