Expert-level proficiency in Java (Java 17 or higher).- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.- Experience with REST APIs, API gateways, and service orchestration.- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL – MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).- Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).- Familiarity with cloud platforms ( Azure, or GCP).- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.- 12+ years of experience in Java development.- 2–4 years of experience in a technical leadership role.- Experience in enterprise-scale, distributed systems is required.- Exposure to retail / supply chain / high-volume transactional systems is a plus.
