Your work profile

·      Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

·      Provide technical direction across Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Automate Desktop.

·      Design scalable integrations with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, REST APIs, custom connectors, and relevant Azure services.

·      Translate business requirements into solution architecture, estimates, delivery plans, and technical documentation in collaboration with client stakeholders.

·      Guide ALM, environment strategy, solution packaging, release management, and CI/CD using Power Platform solutions and Azure DevOps or GitHub.

·      Ensure adherence to security, governance, DLP, access-control, performance, and development standards across Power Platform solutions.

·      Manage delivery teams, allocate work, review technical outputs, mentor developers, resolve delivery risks, and ensure quality and timely completion.

·      Lead testing, defect resolution, deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and continuous-improvement activities.

·      Participate in Agile ceremonies, client workshops, solution demonstrations, pre-sales, effort estimation, status reporting, and executive communication.

·      Drive adoption of Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages, RPA, and reusable solution assets based on business needs.

 Key skills required

Must Have

•    8+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 3 years in Microsoft Power Platform development, solution design, or technical delivery.

•    Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and Power BI.

•    Experience in solution architecture, data modelling, integrations, APIs, connectors, and Microsoft 365 or SharePoint Online.

•    Knowledge of ALM, environment management, managed solutions, deployment, CI/CD, Azure DevOps or GitHub, security, governance, and DLP concepts.

•    Experience leading technical teams and managing estimates, work allocation, reviews, risks, quality, releases, and production support.

•    Strong requirement analysis, client-facing communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and Agile delivery skills.

Good to Have

•    Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages, Power Automate Desktop/RPA, PCF, JavaScript, JSON, PowerShell, PAC CLI, or Azure services.

•    Experience with Power Platform CoE, managed environments, enterprise governance, pre-sales, reusable assets, and adoption initiatives.

•    Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications are preferred.

Education: Any Graduation
