Your work profile

 

  •  PeopleSoft FSCM Delivery
    • Lead implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and production support activities across PeopleSoft FSCM environments.
    • Provide functional and technical support for:
      • Accounts Payable (AP)
      • Purchasing (PO)
      • General Ledger (GL)
      • Accounts Receivable (AR)
      • Billing
      • Contracts
      • Asset Management (AM)
      • Project Costing (PC)
      • Travel & Expense (T&E)
      • Grants Management
    • Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production issue troubleshooting.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.

    Technical Development

    • Design and develop solutions using:
      • PeopleCode
      • Application Engine
      • Component Interface
      • Integration Broker
      • Application Packages
      • File Layouts
      • XML Publisher
      • SQR
      • PS Query
      • SQL
    • Develop and support inbound/outbound integrations.
    • Design REST, SOAP, JSON, XML based integrations.
    • Support third-party integrations involving ERP, payroll, legacy systems, banking systems, and cloud applications.

    Upgrade & Transformation

    • Lead PeopleSoft PUM and PeopleTools upgrades.
    • Perform retrofit analysis and code remediation.
    • Support environment refreshes and migration activities.
    • Participate in Workday migration initiatives, data conversion, mapping, interface analysis, and reconciliation activities.

    Workflow & Automation

    • Implement Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
    • Develop WorkCenters and Dashboards.
    • Automate regression testing using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
    • Drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.

    Leadership & Project Management

    • Lead offshore and onsite teams.
    • Mentor developers and analysts.
    • Conduct code reviews and design reviews.
    • Manage project planning, sprint activities, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
    • Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, and production releases.
