Your work profile

Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and governance of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions. Manage a team of developers and act as the primary integration SME for enterprise digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions across enterprise applications.

·       Define integration architecture, standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

·       Design and develop REST/SOAP web services, APIs, orchestrations, mappings, and reusable integration components.

·       Build and support real-time, event-driven, file-based, and batch integrations using OIC and Oracle Cloud adapters.

·       Integrate Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and third-party applications leveraging industry-standard integration patterns.

·       Review technical designs, integration flows, mappings, and code to ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.

·       Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, functional consultants, and project managers to gather requirements and define integration strategies.

·       Provide technical leadership, effort estimation, solution planning, and delivery oversight for integration initiatives.

·       Mentor and guide development teams on OIC development, integration best practices, and Oracle Cloud technologies.

·       Troubleshoot complex integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of production incidents.

·       Support the complete project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, SIT, UAT, deployment, release management, and hypercare support.

·       Ensure integration solutions meet scalability, reliability, security, compliance, and performance requirements.

·       Drive integration governance, reusable framework development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of integration experience with 4+ years in Oracle OIC.
• Strong expertise in OIC, Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM integrations.
• Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, SOA, REST/SOAP, XML/JSON.
• Experience with OCI services, integration architecture, and cloud migration.
• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Experience in solution estimation, design reviews, and architecture governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Integration Cloud Certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder, OCI Integration Services, and API Management.
