Your work profile
As Manager in our Cyber - Extended Enterprise Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
Key Responsibilities:
Cyber security Oversight:
- Design, architect End to End Security Solutions including (Network Security, SIEM/SOC Solutions, Endpoint Security)
- Build techno commercial proposals, responding to RFI, RFP and Proactive proposals.
- Finalizing the Bill of Materials, Resourcing and preparing the solution response.
- Manage complex OT/ICS cyber security projects from initiation to closure, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Develop project plans, and resource allocations to meet project objectives and deliverables.
- Interact with site teams to ensure cyber security measures are aligned with industry best practices.
- Work closely with the OT and manufacturing teams to ensure that cyber security protocols are integrated into the design and implementation of plant systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant OT/ICS cyber security regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NERC CIP, IEC 62443).
System Design & Compliance:
- In-depth knowledge of OT protocols, technologies, and systems, including SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and HMI.
- Advise on system architecture and placement of devices in secure zones (DMZ, internal network) and Understanding of various OT security architectures.
- Ensure that cyber security design principles and best practices are followed to prevent compromises in system security.
- Provide guidance on the appropriate use of virtual machines (VMs), backup systems, and other components within the manufacturing plant.
- Experience of assessment / implementation of OT Security controls basis various standard such as NIST, ISO 27001, NERC CIP and IEC 62443 etc.
- In-depth knowledge of OT protocols, technologies, and systems, including SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and HMI.
- Hand-on experience of working on OT Technologies such as ABB, GE, Alstom, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Rockwell etc.
- Experience with OT security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS, firewall, Router and endpoint protection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with contractors and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of tasks.
- Document assessments, findings, and solutions for backup systems and cyber security measures.
- Prepare reports summarizing backup assessments, current vulnerabilities, and proposed solutions.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of cyber security principles and practices applicable to Operational Technology (OT).
- Familiarity with Purdue Model for industrial systems and OT security frameworks.
- Experience with Virtual Machines (VMs) and backup systems for industrial environments.
- Capable of establishment of OT Lab for different use cases.
- Working experienced on IoT/IIoT devices.
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance requirements in OT settings.
- Experience with OT backup solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, Engineerin
- Experience: 7–12 years in IoT systems, embedded engineering, or digital product development; at least 2–3 years in a leadership or lab management role.
- Should have played a role in client engagements
Other Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with teams on-site.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving needs and priorities.
- Proficiency in conducting security assessments and compiling detailed reports.
- Assist in the Proof of Concept (POC) for new backup solutions.
- Prior experience working remotely with teams in different time zones.
- Knowledge of 5G, C-V2X, and vehicle cybersecurity standards (ISO 21434, UNECE WP.29).
- Experience with AI/ML applications in predictive maintenance, driver behavior, or fleet optimization.
- Familiarity with digital twin and simulation platforms (MATLAB/Simulink, CARLA, or Unity).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD for embedded and cloud systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Embedded systems & microcontrollers (ARM, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, STM32, etc.)
- IoT protocols and connectivity (MQTT, CoAP, Zigbee, BLE, Wi-Fi, LPWAN)
- Cloud IoT platforms (AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, GCP IoT Core)
- Data processing and visualization (Grafana, Power BI, InfluxDB, etc.)
- Edge computing frameworks and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, EdgeX Foundry)

AWS/Azure/GCP/OCI cloud native security controls, Identity Access Management, Data Security, IDS/IPS, SIEM, web application firewall, cryptography, Kubernetes, container security etc.
- Should have conducted cloud security assessments and configuration reviews as per industry best practices
- Familiarity with industry-leading standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CSA CCM, CIS benchmarks to help clients adhere to compliance requirements
- Knowledge and experience of Risk Management Lifecycle (Risk Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Response, & Reporting)
- Experience with cloud security tools and services
- Knowledge and experience in developing/creating cloud security policies and frameworks for organizations
- Effective written and communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
- Should have the ability to work independently
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaborate with other teams to ensure client’s cloud environment is secure
