Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 10+ years of software engineering or data platform experience, focusing heavily on distributed systems and enterprise data architectures.

• Core Languages: Advanced proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented programming principles.

• Frameworks: Extensive experience building distributed architectures and microservices using Spring Boot.

• Big Data Ecosystem: Strong hands-on experience with Apache Spark (Core, SQL, Streaming) and the broader Hadoop ecosystem.

• Streaming Paradigms: In-depth knowledge of Apache Kafka, cluster management, topic configuration, and event-driven architecture design.

• Database & Storage: Strong SQL proficiency alongside experience with NoSQL/Document databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cloud Data Platforms (such as AWS EMR / Glue / S3, Azure, or Databricks).

• Experience with additional stream processing frameworks like Apache Flink.

• Familiarity with workflow orchestration engines like Apache Airflow.
