- Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions across Oracle Cloud and external enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ERP Cloud Applications, Oracle Database technologies, and enterprise integration architecture, along with proven experience managing technical teams and delivering large-scale integration programs.
The role requires a blend of solution architecture, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery experience for high-volume, mission-critical integrations.
- Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end integration solution design, development, and implementation using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
* Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party applications.
* Design integration strategies for batch, real-time, asynchronous, and event-driven business processes.
* Lead technical teams through architecture reviews, code reviews, performance optimization, and production support.
* Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, enterprise architects, and project managers to define integration roadmaps.
* Drive technical governance, coding standards, reusable integration frameworks, and best practices.
* Design and implement high-volume, high-throughput integration solutions capable of processing large transactional workloads with optimal performance and reliability.
* Perform effort estimation, solution planning, technical risk assessment, and capacity planning.
* Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support proposal development, solutioning, client presentations, and pre-sales activities whenever required.
