Job Title: Angular UI Lead / Manager – AI-Native Development

Job Summary 

We are looking for an experienced Angular UI Lead / Manager to drive front-end architecture, technical delivery, and team leadership for scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular 18+ and the latest Angular features, Micro Frontend (MFE) architecture, and modern UI engineering practices, along with hands-on knowledge of AI-native development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and Devin. The candidate should understand AI coding rules, project instructions, PRD-driven development, and specification-driven development to improve developer productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the design and development of scalable, reusable UI applications using Angular 18+ and modern Angular capabilities. 
  • Architect and implement Micro Frontend (MFE) solutions and establish front-end engineering standards. 
  • Drive AI-native development using GitHub Copilot, Claude, Devin, or equivalent AI-powered development tools. 
  • Define and maintain coding rules, repository instructions, project guidelines, and AI agent workflows. 
  • Promote PRD-driven and specification-driven development, translating requirements into technical specifications, implementation plans, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Leverage AI tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation while ensuring quality and security. 
  • Lead and mentor UI developers, driving code quality, performance, and engineering excellence. 
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, and Architecture teams to ensure successful delivery. 
  • Drive code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD practices, and continuous improvement. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

  • 12+ years of experience in front-end development, with strong expertise in Angular 18+ and the latest Angular versions and features. 
  • Strong knowledge of modern Angular capabilities, including Signals, standalone components, built-in control flow, deferrable views, and performance optimization. 
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), RxJS, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS. 
  • Proven experience in Micro Frontend architecture, reusable components, state management, and enterprise application design. 
  • Practical knowledge of AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Devin, or equivalent. 
  • Understanding of AI coding rules, project instructions, PRDs, and specification-driven development. 
  • Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. 
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and team development skills.
