Your work profile
- As a Manager in our Finance transformation Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Planisware tool implementation.
- Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised integrated strategic portfolio tool build and deployment to streamline, optimise and simplify the process going forward (from the most complex to the simpler)
- Help articulating functional and technical requirements to ensure that standardisation will not be compromised by the change.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- With the help of Planisware vendor produce technical documentation such as
- Solution design documents (HLD/LLD).
- Technical Architecture Specification (TAS)
- Define the overall system structure, including applications, integrations, data flows, and infrastructure. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategy
- Design how different systems talk to each other (APIs, middleware, orchestrations).
- Define integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, etc.) and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Work with other architects (data, infrastructure, security) to ensure cohesion.
- Embed security and compliance requirements from the start.
- Plan for scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Support developers and testers during implementation.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams and review technical deliverables.
- Lead integration design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design.
- Participate in design reviews and testing phases.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation, including solution diagrams and integration flows.
Key skills required:
- Any Graduate with 10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3–5 years in a Solution Architect role.
- Experience with data migration and data management activities
- Wide experience data integration across systems
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Experience in MuleSoft data integration and transformation tool
- Experience with SAP ECC data model (in particular in finance area) and SAP data integration
- Knowledge and experience on ServiceNow and Planisware is preferred
- Proven experience implementing and integrating Planisware tool (or something similar, e.g., Clarity, Planview, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project Online etc).
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise integrations involving:
- SAP (preferably S/4HANA or ECC)
- SuccessFactors
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Expertise in integration technologies and patterns:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Middleware/integration platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, SAP CPI)
- Event-driven and microservices architectures
- Strong understanding of data models, ETL processes, and data synchronization strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS).
- Solid knowledge of security, authentication (OAuth, SSO), and data privacy best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and experience working in matrixed organizations and global teams.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), TOGAF, or integration technologies.
- Preferably, experience with reporting/analytics integrations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and/or knowledge of HR, finance, and project lifecycle business processes.
