Your work profile

- Lead end-to-end delivery of EPM engagements, including requirements gathering, design workshops, solution configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Translate business requirements into scalable EPM solution designs.
- Present solution options, best practices, and recommendations to client leadership.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Functional Expertise
- Support clients in improving performance management processes such as planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and analytics.
- Develop documentation including functional specs, design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Facilitate UAT and end-user training.
Technical Configuration & Solution Building
- Configure EPM modules (e.g., planning models, workflows, business rules, metadata, calculations, integrations).
- Support data integration between source systems and the EPM platform.
- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Quality Assurance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to implementation methodologies, data governance standards, and internal quality processes.
- Conduct system reviews and health checks and recommend improvements.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support pre-sales activities such as scoping, solution demos, and proposal development.
- Drive account creation and mining strategies to expand Deloitte’s footprint.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- MBA / CA / CPA or equivalent finance qualification.
- PMP/ Prince2 qualified.
- Experience:
- 12+ years in Finance Transformation / EPM consulting.
- Hands-on experience in more than one EPM tool (e.g., Anaplan, SAP SAC, Pigment, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream).
- Proven track record in managing large-scale implementations and global clients.
- Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.
- Techno-functional expertise in EPM platforms.
- Ability to drive business development and manage P&L for projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to cloud-based EPM solutions and digital finance trends.
- Experience in managing multi-geography delivery teams.
- Industry experience in BFSI, Consumer, or Manufacturing sectors.
