The team

We are seeking a senior leader to join our Finance transformation Practice as Manager, responsible for driving strategic growth, leading solution architecture, managing delivery excellence, and expanding Deloitte’s footprint in the domestic enterprise market. The role demands strong Oracle ERP experience, proven sales & pre-sales capabilities, and a track record of delivering complex, multi-tower Oracle Cloud programs.


Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in implementing planning and reporting solutions.

At least 1 end-to-end implementation in ORACLE planning.

Client-facing experience for requirements gathering and solution design.

Proficiency in:

Creating Models and Dimensions in ORACLE.

Building Data Actions, Allocation Processes, and ORACLE Stories.

Developing Digital Boardrooms and Analytical Applications.

Writing formulas for import jobs and configuring delta loads.

Establishing live and import connections from ORACLE to SAP and non-SAP sources.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Reports, Dashboards, Calendar, Integrations, Predictive Analytics, Collaboration, and Data Visualizations.

Functional knowledge of budgeting, planning, consolidation, and forecasting.

Solid understanding of financial statements like P&L and Balance Sheet.

Excellent communication skills (technical and user-friendly language).

Required Skills and Experience:

Must Have Skills / Project Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Process Design, and Documentation Standardization.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes across PTP, OTC, RTR, and Business Control.
  • Hands-on experience in creating SOPs, DTPs, TOM frameworks, and governance models.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and documentation standards.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, workshops, and change management.
