- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience and certification in Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Core HR, Absence & OTL
- Must have experience of 4 or more life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design
- A strong understanding of best practices across different HR business processes, cross-pillar dependencies, and related application functionalities.
- Must have experience working on all phases of the project – client demos/ workshops, Requirement gathering, analysis/ design, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing & UAT, cut over, go-live and support.
- Good communication skills and prior experience on client facing roles.
- Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes
- Must have good implementation experience in Absence module - Absence Types/Absence Plan/Absence Accrual Logics/Absence Validations & Restrcitions/Absence Approval Workflows
- Must have good implementation experience in OTL module - Timecard/Timecard Layout/Timecard Prossesing Profile/Timecard Approval Workflows
- Must have experience in Page Personalization and customization.
- Experience and expertise on working with the client on defining various Complex Fast Formulas for Absence & OTL
- • Stay up to date with Oracle Core HR updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, and recommend and implement system improvements.
- • Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.
