Your work profile
- Removing Roadblocks: Proactively identifying and resolving impediments to boost team velocity and performance.
- Agile Facilitation: Acting as a Scrum Master or Agile coach to facilitate ceremonies like stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
- Delivery Planning: Translating product roadmaps into actionable delivery plans, managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Bridging gaps between developers, designers, and product owners to ensure everyone is aligned.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Communicating project status, risks, and release plans to stakeholders.

Key Skills Required
- Leadership: Experience in leading agile teams and mentoring developers/QA.
