Job Description: Product Owner / Solutions Architect

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner & Solutions Architect with strong expertise in BPM, Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to define product vision, manage roadmaps, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and drive end‑to‑end delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and align solutions with business goals.
• Lead workflow automation, process improvement, and enterprise‑scale application modernization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across engineering, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Architect scalable solutions involving APIs, integrations, microservices, and BPM tools.
• Lead multi-location teams and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in BPM tools (Camunda, Tibco, ARIS), API integration, and enterprise system design.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum, solution architecture, and stakeholder management.
• Technical proficiency in Java, REST APIs, BPMN, SOA, Microservices, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Ownership, BPM, or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Certifications in Agile, BPM, UX, or related technologies.
