Job Title: Pega Lead System Architect / Senior System Architect

Experience: 8–12 years

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pega professional to design and deliver Pega applications, lead technical teams, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega applications following best practices.
• Lead development teams and provide technical guidance.
• Integrate Pega with external systems (REST, SOAP, databases).
• Review code and ensure performance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Pega Certification: CSSA mandatory; LSA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC 8.x or higher.
• Experience in case management, data modeling, and integration.
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Pega Infinity features (DX API, Cosmos UI).
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD for Pega.
• Exposure to Decisioning and Customer Decision Hub.
