Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery excellence across cross-functional teams. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, promoting Agile best practices, removing impediments, enabling team collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile coaching skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Team Facilitation

• Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies including:
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews
• Sprint Retrospectives
• Backlog Refinement Sessions
• Ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum principles across teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and servant leadership.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies, best practices, and self-organization.

Program & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Architects, and Development Teams.
• Track sprint progress and ensure transparency through Agile metrics.
• Manage and communicate project risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Facilitate alignment among multiple teams operating in Agile delivery models.
• Support release planning and roadmap execution.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze team velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint performance metrics.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Promote Agile maturity across teams and departments.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Delivery Governance

• Ensure project tracking through Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
• Monitor sprint commitments and delivery milestones.
• Support Agile governance and reporting for leadership reviews.
• Assist in dependency management across multiple workstreams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of:

• Experience facilitating distributed and globally dispersed teams.
• Hands-on experience with:

• Microsoft Teams

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• PMI-ACP Certification
• Agile Coach experience is a plus.
