Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Program Leadership

  • Provide strategic direction for large-scale technology adoption initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and organizational goals.
  • Lead and oversee enterprise-wide programs and major initiatives, ensuring timely and value-driven delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on program health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

Project & Program Execution

  • Plan, manage, and execute large-scale Agile programs, including multi-team and multi-vendor environments.
  • Establish program governance, milestones, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure effective management of scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.

Agile Delivery & Transformation

  • Drive adoption of Agile frameworks and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) across teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies at program level (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect & Adapt, etc., where applicable).
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile mindset, delivery models, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Manage diverse stakeholders including business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Enable strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful technology adoption and user engagement.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Identify, manage, and mitigate program-level risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, delivery frameworks, and quality benchmarks.
  • Drive transparency through dashboards, metrics, and regular executive communications.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • Proven experience managing large-scale technology projects and Agile programs in enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in technology adoption, digital transformation, or platform implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems.

Core Competencies

  • Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and scaling approaches.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution plans.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Preferred Certifications

Candidates should hold or be pursuing one or more of the following certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PRINCE2
  • PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner)
  • CSM / PSM (Certified / Professional Scrum Master)
  • SAFe Agilist
  • SAFe certifications (any level)
  • DASM (Disciplined Agile Scrum Master)
  • CSPO / PSPO (Product Owner Certifications)
