Your work profile

• We are seeking an experienced Manager – Test Automation & Quality Engineering to lead quality engineering transformation initiatives.
• The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in automation technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and quality governance.
• This role requires strong leadership capabilities to drive test automation strategies, manage teams, and establish enterprise-level quality engineering practices.

Quality Engineering Leadership

• Define and execute enterprise-wide testing and automation strategy.
• Drive quality engineering transformation initiatives across programs.
• Establish testing governance, standards, and best practices.
• Build automation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Test Automation Excellence

• Oversee development and maintenance of automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Java, and Python.
• Establish automation standards across UI, API, database, and microservices testing.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reusability of automation solutions.
• Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.

DevOps & Continuous Testing

• Enable continuous testing as part of the DevOps lifecycle.
• Define CI/CD quality gates and release validation processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployment quality.
• Lead implementation of Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions-based automation pipelines.

Cloud & Modern Architecture Testing

• Drive testing strategies for cloud-native platforms on Azure and AWS.
• Define testing approaches for microservices, distributed systems, and containerized environments.
• Oversee Docker and Kubernetes-based testing initiatives.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Manage multiple testing teams and project portfolios.
• Conduct resource planning, forecasting, hiring, and mentoring.
• Provide regular quality metrics to leadership.
• Manage customer engagement and executive communications.

Quality Governance

• Define KPIs, dashboards, and quality metrics.
• Conduct risk assessments and release readiness reviews.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

Key skills required

• Deep expertise in Java and Python automation.
• Expert in Selenium, Playwright, and enterprise automation frameworks.
• Strong API automation expertise (Rest Assured, Karate).
• Extensive CI/CD and DevOps experience.
• Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
• AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• SQL, NoSQL, and data validation.
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Enterprise quality engineering transformation experience.
• Performance testing using JMeter.
• Security testing and DevSecOps knowledge.
• AI/ML-assisted testing tools.
• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) awareness.
• Splunk, Grafana, ELK observability tools.

Education
