Your work profile

Role Summary

The Resource Management Manager will be responsible for end-to-end workforce planning, talent deployment, and recruitment alignment for the Analytics practice. The role requires working knowledge of core analytics skillsets (Python, SQL, Data Visualization, Agile/Scrum) to effectively translate business demand into resourcing strategies and ensure optimal utilisation of talent aligned to engagement requirements.Support the NetReveal services team by documenting functional, technical, architecture and data management requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand & Capacity Planning

  • Partner with Practice Leadership to forecast demand and build rolling resourcing plans
  • Translate pipeline into role-level skill requirements and competency needs
  • Maintain visibility of capacity, utilisation, and hiring demand

2. Resource Deployment & Utilisation

  • Drive allocation of resources to engagements based on skills, experience, and availability
  • Monitor and optimise utilisation, bench, and chargeability metrics
  • Enable agile staffing models (squad-based / project-based resourcing)

3. Recruitment Integration

  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to define job requirements and sourcing strategies
  • Screen and validate candidates for technical alignment (Python, SQL, Visualization tools)
  • Build and maintain a ready pipeline of analytics talent

4. Skills & Capability Management

  • Maintain a structured view of analytics capabilities including:
    • Programming (Python, SQL)
    • Visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
    • Data engineering fundamentals
    • Agile / Scrum exposure
  • Identify capability gaps and support upskilling initiatives

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a central interface between:
    • Engagement teams
    • Practice leadership
    • Talent Acquisition
  • Provide regular MIS and dashboards on resourcing status, risks, and hiring progress

6. Process Excellence & Governance

  • Implement standardised resource management processes and reporting frameworks
  • Leverage resource management tools and dashboards for decision support
  • Ensure alignment with Deloitte delivery and quality standards

 

Key skills required: 

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in:
    • Resource management / workforce planning
    • Recruitment within analytics / technology environments
    • Project management
  • Experience in professional services / consulting firms preferred

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Working knowledge of:
    • Python, SQL
    • Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of:
    • Analytics roles (Data Scientist, Data Analyst, Data Engineer)
    • Agile delivery and Scrum methodologies

(Hands-on coding is not required; strong conceptual understanding is essential.)
