We are looking for cybersecurity professionals with exposure to Cyber Risk, Security Controls, Cyber Capability Development, and Security Technology Enablement to support cybersecurity transformation initiatives.

 

The role focuses on assessing cybersecurity capabilities, evaluating control effectiveness, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance cyber resilience, governance, and security maturity across the enterprise. The individual will work with senior cybersecurity, technology, risk, and business stakeholders to translate cybersecurity priorities into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

 

Key Skills Required

 

Lead and conduct reviews, provide subject matter expertise in assessment of control descriptions, control standards, frameworks, and taxonomies including risk environment, risk Management and NFR (Non-Financial Risk) framework.

Engage with key stakeholders, Control Owners, Risk Stewards, and other SMEs as required, to agree and implement controls enhancement opportunities.

Assist in maintaining the Risk & Control inventory and collaborate with global teams to align on control standards, definitions, and frameworks.

Manage application risk and governance activities
Track vulnerabilities and remediation
Coordinate security, risk and QA teams
Monitor, review, and update Governance documentation for applications, and obtain sign-off’s
Prepare and manage requirements for feature enhancements, platform or server upgrades for Funds Management applications, and work with the vendor team to drive the implementation
Create epics and user stories in JIRA to lead the implementation of features or upgrades for applications
Coordinate with other internal teams such as Security, Migration, Windows as required, for driving feature enhancements or platform upgrades
Own multiple modules of the product by understanding existing features, and work on enhancing them
Work with cross-functional squads on implementing new modules and features
Create half-yearly plan/roadmap for the squad based on organizational and squad-level priorities
Respond to product queries from business stakeholders, field teams, and customers
Review feature requests and feedback from internal and external stakeholders, and maintain the product backlogBachelor's or Master's degree
