Your work profile

Lead end-to-end AI/ML, Optimization, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions for complex business and supply chain challenges.

·      Own the lifecycle from problem definition and solution design to production deployment, scaling, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

·      Lead predictive and prescriptive solutions using ML, forecasting, optimization, operations research, and simulation.

·      Design enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI architectures, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.

·      Drive transition of AI solutions from PoC to scalable, production-grade deployments, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

·      Establish MLOps/LLMOps, AI governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

·      Lead multidisciplinary data science and AI teams and provide technical direction and mentoring.

·      Engage senior stakeholders on AI strategy, transformation roadmaps, solution value, and business outcomes.

·      Lead solutioning, proposals, RFPs, business development, and reusable AI/analytics accelerators.

Key skills required

 7+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Advanced Analytics, or Optimization.

·      Strong expertise in ML, forecasting, optimization, operations research, and simulation.

·      Strong experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, Agentic AI, and AI architectures.

·      Proven ability to deploy and scale AI/ML and GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.

·      Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, cloud platforms, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise integrations.

·      Strong understanding of AI scalability, governance, security, and performance.

·      Supply chain/manufacturing experience preferred.

·      Strong leadership, client management, solutioning, and business development skills.
