Your work profile

SAP ABAP professional with 8–10 years of experience to lead SAP development, technical delivery, and support activities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP, experience managing development teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality SAP solutions aligned with business requirements.

The role involves overseeing technical design, development, code reviews, performance optimization, project execution, and stakeholder coordination across SAP implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

1. Technical Skill in SAP ABAP such as RICEF, CDS, AMDP, ODATA, RAP, Interface Programming
2. Lead and manage ABAP developments.
3. Experience in stakeholder management

Key Skills Required

• Education - Any Graduate
• Relevant exp of 8 to 10 years in SAP ABAP with leading a team and stakeholder management.
• Lead and manage the SAP ABAP development team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of technical solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Oversee the development, enhancement, testing, and maintenance of SAP applications.
• Provide technical leadership in SAP ABAP, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF), and Workflows.
• Manage code reviews, coding standards, performance tuning, and technical quality assurance.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams.
• Drive SAP development activities across implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution of production incidents.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, deliverables, and technical risks.
• Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with SAP development best practices, security guidelines, and transport management procedures.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and optimization of SAP development processes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
