Job Title:  Manager | SAP ABAP | Bengaluru | SAP

Job Summary: The SAP CC and BRIM Manager will lead the team in the end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) and SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions. They will manage complex billing, rating, and charging processes for Telecom and Subscription-based businesses, overseeing project delivery, team performance, and ensuring the successful deployment of SAP CC/BRIM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage and lead multiple SAP CC and BRIM projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and high-quality standards.
• Business Analysis & Solution Strategy: Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements and design scalable, innovative SAP CC/BRIM solutions for rating, billing, charging, and payment processes.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and guide a team of consultants, providing mentorship, direction, and support in complex technical and functional areas. Ensure continuous knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Strategic Planning & Roadmap: Define the strategic direction for SAP CC/BRIM implementation and optimization, working closely with business and technical teams to create project roadmaps.
• System Configuration & Customization: Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP CC and BRIM applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal system performance.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate business processes and propose improvements using SAP CC/BRIM solutions to optimize performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, proactively resolving them to minimize project delays or budget overruns.
• Integration & Innovation: Oversee integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and the implementation of innovative solutions.
• Training & Development: Ensure successful knowledge transfer and training for end-users and internal teams, maintaining high levels of competence in SAP CC/BRIM functionalities.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) and SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM).
• Proven experience in managing and leading SAP CC/BRIM projects, including system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Expertise in the telecom, utilities, or subscription industries with in-depth knowledge of prepaid, postpaid, and hybrid rating/charging models.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise in revenue recognition, exception handling, and charge plan implementation.
• Experience in handling large-scale, complex projects and managing project risks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud-based SAP deployments (S/4HANA) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP BRIM certification.
• Previous experience in an enterprise-level SAP BRIM deployment.
• Experience working with clients in a consultative manner to build long-term relationships and business opportunities.
