Job Title: SAP ABAP Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Manager with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to manage SAP technical development, team coordination, and project delivery across SAP engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP ABAP development activities across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Manage end-to-end technical delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Oversee development of SAP technical objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow, OData, and Integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and project managers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Manage and mentor ABAP development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and technical quality assurance.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalations.
• Prepare technical architecture/design documents and project status updates for stakeholders.
• Drive resource planning, effort estimation, and technical governance across project workstreams.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in SAP ABAP Development.
• Strong expertise in RICEF objects, Enhancements, BAPIs, RFCs, IDOCs, Smart Forms/Adobe Forms, Workflow, OData Services.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA technical development.
• Exposure to CDS Views, Fiori/UI5, and integration technologies is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing technical workstreams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholder/client management experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
